Creative - Way of the Tracker
Creative Kinesiology works with the whole person. All levels are addressed, body – mind – emotions – nutrition – energy systems – spirit – soul.
Creative Kinesiology developed in the 1980s as a way of building on from the fundamentals of Touch for Health and other developing kinesiology approaches. The Creative Kinesiology approach is one of working deeply with energy, helping people to overcome deep seated emotional, physical and energetic patterns which can manifest as aches and pains, frustration with life, lack of confidence, low energy states and a lack of fulfilment or purpose.
The practitioner and client work together to discover the causes of the problem and the triggers for healing that are most appropriate for the client, creating the conditions for the body to find its own way of healing. As such, practitioners work with Creative Kinesiology as both a set of skills and as an art form, developing the sensitivity necessary to 'journey' alongside their clients.
At the heart of this approach is the knowledge that we are made up of our stories - that our life experiences contribute to who we are today. Not all of our past is helpful or supportive to life now, and by releasing unwanted or unhelpful results of our life experiences (whatever they are), the body, mind and energy systems can be more able to find a new zest for life and full potential. Using gentle balancing techniques - guided by the innate wisdom of the body's energy sustem - the inner powers of healing and desire for health can be supported to help restore balance on all levels of the being.

Optimum Health Balance
Optimum Health Balance (OHB) is a kinesiological system unique in its integration of muscle response with the use of vibrational icons (visual symbols) that allow the body's energy system to lead 'a conversation' that both identifies imbalances and selects treatments. Its strength lies in its simplicity of practice while enabling depth of content and effectiveness.
OHB enables the client to create a state of progressively positive health at all levels of being and thus overcome problems and raise the person's energy to the highest possible level at the time of balance and to assist in creating what is desired in life.

3in1 Concepts Kinesiology
Three In One Concepts refers to the integration of body, mind and spirit, to emphasise the holistic nature of this kinesiology.
More than 30 years after the creation of Three in One Concepts, it continues to be at the forefront of personal growth and the development of well-being, taking in such concepts as neuro-plasticity and changing your perception of the world.
'The Brain That Changes Itself' by Normn Doidge explores the science of neuroplasticity, the flexibility of the brain and its ability to change as thoughts and behaviours change. This matches the training given to Three in One practitioners. Three in One Concepts sessions enable you to release patterns based on observation and experience that no longer serve you in present time.
The cover feature of the April 2008 issue of Psychology Today was an article entitled "Change Your Nature". Among the statements in the feature was, "Tweaking the way you interpret and react to the world can be a transformative experience, freeing you up to act in new ways.' The 'emotional stress defusions' practised in Three in One balances do exactly that. Three in One techniques enable you to release limiting thought patterns so you can more easily focus on creating what is in alignment for you.
