I love the natural world and am passionate about natural health.
I found CK in 2007 when a friend took me to see Carrie Jost - I was instantly hooked! At the time, I was struggling with my life: parenting my young daughter was very challenging and I was having difficulty relating to her father. The therapy was SO effective! I loved how the muscle-test would guide us to the root of my issues. I was totally fascinated and decided to study it. I completed my professional training in 2012 and I have been practising from my home in Exminster ever since.
In addition to CK I am also trained in Nutritional Therapy, Crystal Healing and Reiki (and originally Occupational Therapy). I have a special interest in detox and as I work with my Kinesiology clients over time I tend to draw on my knowledge of this field to support the healing of their physical health.
My experience with crystals and Reiki also influences my CK practice. The Reiki energy compliments the Kinesiology techniques that I use, and I often advise my clients about the use of crystals. I love empowering my clients in this way and helping them to find their own ways of healing.
My treatments are also available online via video call or over the telephone.
