A TFH Instructor has completed TFH 1-4 Foundation, TFH Proficient plus an 8 day intensive course (total 18 days training) whch incorporates dynamic communications, a significant personal development component, and a review & deepening of all aspects of the TFH syllabus. There is also time for games and daily goal balances!

Upon successful completion of the training, participants join the IKC as a licensed TFH Instructor. 

Aromatherapy is the therapeutic use of essential oils – fragrant fluids that occur in aromatic plants – to promote health and vitality. 

Indian Head Massage aims to release stress and tension which can accumulate in the muscles and tissues of the scalp, face, neck, shoulders and upper back. 

Massage involves the kneading and stroking of the skin and muscle with various degrees of pressure.

Reflexology is based on the principle that all the organs and systems of the body are reflected in various areas of the feet and hands.  Reflexology is very relaxing and as stress is seen as a contributing factor to ill health this is beneficial to the whole person.

Reiki is a technique for healing, stress reduction and relaxation.  During the session the practitioner’s hands are placed in various positions on the client’s clothed body.
