Sarah Jayne Hayden Binder, AKFRP
SJ Kinesiology
Body Wisdom for when ‘Life Life’s’ you - Helping you stay on track and navigate
complex times
Sarah-Jayne brings together a shared passion for the Chinese 5 Elements, Kinesiology
(muscle testing), and the natural world. Her work increases the ability to move forward with
a sense of freedom, confidence, and ultimately, profound gratitude.
An experienced kinesiology practitioner who has been in professional practice since 2006
and she has been teaching for the Creative Kinesiology School since 2009. SJ is a mum of
two young men: one has flown the nest, while the other, with complex needs, is in her care.
Sarah-Jayne loves growing food, walking, big skies, and wild swimming. She enjoys walking
beside her clients and students, supporting them to become more of who they are, and
healing the blockages that stand in their way. SJ works with people at great depth, like a
diver, guiding them to go deep because she has been there herself. Life has "life’d" her - a
lot.
Sarah-Jayne works one-to-one, in person at her clinic in Crediton, Devon, UK and online
across the globe. She teaches foundation and professional-level kinesiology courses, core
subjects, and CPDs. SJ loves witnessing the transformation that happens when clients feel
safe, seen, and truly engaged in this deep work.
Working with clients, she may help them reduce pain, build stamina, clear blocks to personal
progress, navigate tough times, heal from past incidents, discover their innate gifts and
talents, listen to their OWN deep wisdom, create new businesses, and follow the path of
their heart. The body knows the answers; Sarah-Jayne knows how to ask the questions that
unlock hidden potential.
SJ feels a deep sense of wonder working beside her clients in sessions and workshops,
unravelling their stories and potential, and empowering them in clearing their way forward. It
is humbling, and she loves her work.
SJ teaches the LifeTracking Foundation Course, Way of the Tracker professional training,
Practice Management for Complementary Health Practitioners, along with CPDS under the
umbrella of the Creative Kinesiology School. And has been a director of Creative
Kinesiology Ltd since 2020, having been on the management team for many years prior.
Sarah-Jayne particularly enjoys weaving the 5-element map from Chinese acupuncture
theory and kinesiology techniques with the latest findings in neurobiology and scientific
research. Her journey with kinesiology began in 2003, she loved how it satisfied both sides
of her brain –having been rooted in mainstream science and a deep sense of the magic of
being alive.
Since 2008, she has immersed herself in the principles and practices of the Medicine Wheel
of the Americas. This approach provides a broad Indigenous perspective, deep connection,
and powerful ways to address life's challenges. More recently, she has worked with the Way
of Ceremony (with Annie Spencer), which reconnects us to the land, nature, and the bigger picture. SJ has received some teachings of Nepalese Shamanism from Bhola Banstola (a 14th-generation shaman) and worked with Carolyn Hillyer on Dartmoor. These various threads come together in Sarah-Jayne’s practice, allowing her to offer rich, deep, and varied sessions.
Sarah-Jayne meets clients and students where they are, empowering them to bring lasting
change.
