The symptoms of chronic fatigue come in many guises - exhaustion, sleep problems, stress, anxiety and worry aches and pain, brain fog and dizziness - the list is often long, complex and confusing. But at the heart of these symptoms is a woman trying to be the best she can possbily be in really challenging circumstances. It's my mission to support as many women as I can to get their lives back from fatigue.
